Yes, all our rooms are air conditioned.
Yes, there is a common swimming pool at the resort measuring 41 feet in length and 10 feet in width having a depth of 4 feet. Additionally, The Owners Suite, Luxury Suite and Glass Tree House Suite also have their own private plunge pools.
We have a common swimming pool and a multipurpose sports court at the resort where guests can play basketball, volleyball or badminton.
Spa facilities are available at the resort where couples can enjoy massage therapies at an additional cost.
The Tikona Fort is a great place for trekking for the adventurers staying at Amanzi and is approximately 2 km away. Guests can even go kayaking, boating and paragliding (subject to weather conditions) around the resort. The aforementioned adventure sports are not provided or affiliated with Amanzi Resort.
We are located approximately 2.5 hours from Mumbai (roughly 120 km) and 1.5 hours from Pune (roughly 80 kms).

We do not provide separate accommodation for domestic help. They are charged as per extra adult charges. Inclusions and facilities are the same for all.
Unfortunately, Amanzi is not pet-friendly yet.

Lunch on the day of check in from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Dinner from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Breakfast on the next day from 08:30 am to 10:00 am
Lunch on the day of check-out is not included in your stay. Our check out is at 11:00 am and our lunch services start only at 1:30 pm.
For the Monsoon season, appropriate rainwear is a must, i.e., windcheaters, sturdy umbrellas and appropriate footwear.
For the Winters, a light cardigan / jacket should suffice.
All meal timings are as follows:
  • Breakfast: 8.30 am to 10 am
  • Lunch: 1.30 pm to 3 pm
  • Dinner: 8.30 pm to 10 pm
All meals are part of the package, and are all buffet meals served in the restaurant area.
Buffet food cannot be served in the room. If you wish to have it served in the room, a la carte menu rates will be applicable per portion served.

Yes, Room Service is available from 8:00 am to 10.30 pm.
We do not have a 24 hour reception, but in case of an emergency a mobile number is provided to all guests at the time of check-in, which can be reached at 24/7.
All services (i.e. housekeeping / in-room dining) stop at 11 pm.
We do not have an intercom facility.
At check-in, we provide each guest with a mobile number that they may call for any requirements, i.e., room & housekeeping services. These services are only available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
The Spa is operational 7 days a week.
Timings: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Spa rates may be viewed directly under the “Spa” heading on our website (operations depend upon the current Govt guidelines).

Sheesha is strictly prohibited within the resort premises. If caught, the guests may be charged with hefty fines as per Government Rules and Regulations.
We do not have any provisions for baby cots / cribs.
If need be, an extra mattress can be made available at a charge of ₹1,500/- per night.
Completely cemented , the approach road is in perfect condition.
It is safe for pregnant women to travel.
We have had pregnant women (up to 8 months pregnant)who have stayed with us in the past.

All room tariffs are based on 2 adults per room, per night.
Extra adults and children between 6 to 11 years are chargeable.

We do not permit guests to enter the resort without a booking.

We do not provide Wi-Fi services in the resort nor do we have televisions in the resort.We encourage a staycation that is in the midst of nature, gadget-free!
Because Amanzi is in the midst of nature, please be prepared to encounter some harmless wonders of nature who may pop in to say hello, like lizards, frogs, beetles etc.
Yes, we have a 15 AMP socket in the parking area of the resort.
None of the pools at the resort are temperature controlled.(i.e the common resort pool, the private plunge pools in the Owners Suite, Luxury Suite & Glass Tree House Suite)
Unfortunately we are not a wheelchair friendly resort yet. The guests would be required to be comfortably, independently mobile to enjoy their stay here with us.
