The distinction lies in the view: our two centrally located Premium Deluxe Rooms provide an unobstructed panorama of the lake, offering a picturesque backdrop for your stay. While the Deluxe Rooms also offer a splendid lake view, they are nestled at the corners of our paradise, providing a slightly different perspective with the occasional interplay of foliage. These subtle variations in view allow you to choose the setting that best suits your preference.

Cocoon Room

One of the most fascinating structures ever built in entire South-East Asia, Cocoon is our most luxurious adobe to stay in. No number of words or superlatives can truly justify this piece of marvel engineering. With total privacy and the best amenities, it's truly our "Jewel in The Crown".

Luxury Suite

One of our largest rooms in the property, a spacious 2-room majestic suite measuring 1,700 sq. ft is luxury personified. It boasts of a spacious living area of 500 sq. ft and a private plunge pool making it the perfect private holiday retreat optimal for families with children as well as for groups of friends.

Glass Tree House

A spacious 2-bedroom room majestic suite measuring 2,500 sq. ft is luxury personified, offering uninterrupted views of Pawna Lake and the Sahyadri mountains. It boasts of a spacious living area and a private plunge pool on the terrace making it the perfect private holiday.

Garden View Room
